How fast will I see results

Do you exclusively focus on physique goals?

Not at all. While many clients come to us with physique goals in mind, Element26 Coaching goes beyond just aesthetics. We focus on performance, strength, overall health, and sustainable habits—helping you build a body that not only looks good but functions at its best in everyday life.

What’s included with Element26 Coaching?

You’ll receive personalized training and/or nutrition plans, direct access to your coach through our app, progress tracking, regular adjustments, and ongoing support to keep you accountable and moving forward. We don't stop there, we go above and beyond to help you create sustainable habits for the long term.

How often will my program be updated?

We monitor your progress regularly and adjust as needed. This ensures your plan evolves with you, keeping things effective and aligned with your goals.

Is nutrition coaching included?

Yes—depending on your plan. We offer both training-only and full nutrition + training coaching packages. Our nutrition plans are customized and flexible, with a focus on long-term sustainability.

Do I need access to a gym?

Not necessarily. Your coach can create a program based on your available equipment—whether you train at a full gym, from home, or on the road.
